Commercial Vehicle body Fitter
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary :
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Construction of all types of body work including Beaver tail, platform, curtain side and drop side bodies.
+ Carrying out HGV body and chassis repairs
+ Working with metals, steel and ally
+ Repairing GRP panels and light weight panels
+ Fabrication, cutting, grinding and fitting of various components
+ Preparation of various vehicles for refurbishment
+ Using various power tools and occasionally working from ladders
+ Complying with the relevant Health and Safety requirements including the correct use of PPE
Additional information
+ Working hours: 07:00 – 15:30, Monday – Friday. Plus overtime is available.
