Salary £21000 – £25000
Hours – Minimum 40 hours – 45 hours

*Late finish is until 2200 *Split shifts will be occasional, ie to cover for holidays and sickness
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, passionate chef to support the Head, Deputy, and Junior Sous Chefs to work in a modern hotel, located in picturesque countryside.
You will have the opportunity to produce a variety of dishes and the support of the hotel management team to develop the full range of skills needed to work in a busy catering kitchen.
If you have the desire to change careers or are a catering student and want the chance to do develop your skills this could well be the job for you. You will be taught every area of the preparation and cooking of all the menus.
