Experience: Previous work experience as a chef is essential.
Responsibilities and duties:
* Assisting the Head Chef and hotel staff, as required
* Compliance with food handling and sanitation standards
* Responsibility for preparation, cooking and presentation of food for the property’s menu in line with specifications with the Kitchen and food service team
* Providing high levels of guest service throughout the food service
