We are supporting our client based in Goodwood with finding a eager Commis Chef for their prestigious venue.
The successful candidate will be responsible for mise en place and production of dishes during service to the specifications set by the head chef.
Responsibilities:
Preparing all mis en place for your section
Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
Making sure all fridges are hygiene compliant
Assisting or completion of any tasks set by the senior chefs in the kitchen
Collaborating with other sections to make sure all food reaches the pass simultaneously
