SUSHI/COMMIS CHEF
Monday to Friday
7am till 3pm
We are looking for a enthusiastic and passionate candidate to join our new sushi restaurant must have some experience but will be given full training – Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes according to recipes and customer preferences – Ensure the quality and presentation of sushi dishes meet the restaurant's standards – Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils – Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of sushi orders – Assist with by preparing sushi platters and coordinating with the catering team
Qualifications:
– Ability to handle knives and other kitchen equipment safely – Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment – Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient food preparation – Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
