The Position
As Commis Chef you will be need to be fully up to date with the latest cooking and presentation techniques, preparing fresh local foods for our guests and supporting the Kitchen Team. You must have experience with pressure in a busy high-end restaurant and be accomplished at preparing and presenting dishes using fresh local, high quality ingredients, whilst remaining calm under pressure.

* Experience of cooking fresh dishes to a high standard
* Passion and creative flair, Eager to learn and develop
* Excellent communication skills with colleagues and guests
* Ability to remain calm and focused on quality during busy service
* Experience in leading a section, strong team player
* You will bring fresh ideas and experience
