Commis Chef -Outskirts of Colchester/Maldon -Up to £ 23,000 + tips 3-4K -1 weekend off a month
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced commis chef for this award-winning Restaurant based on the outskirts of Colchester.
Working within a small brigade of 4, the commis chef will be a pivotal member of this growing team. The Restaurant is expanding with new development plans and keeping up continual food trends this is an ever-culinary challenging role.
There is a great team atmosphere, the restaurant has a small staff turnover and a real push for success. As a commi chef you will be happy to assist senior members of the team and run and maintain your own starter and desserts section, you will listen and take orders but also have the ability to effectively communicate with all members of the team.
There will also be an opportunity to be trained on different sections of the kitchen.
A really great opportunity for a budding commis chef with at least 12 months+ experience who wants to continue in their career path of rosettes, you must have a real passion for fine food and be open minded.
