Pertemps are delighted to currently be recruiting for a Commis chef to work for a luxury hotel and wedding venue set in the heart of the Cheshire countryside. This luxury Hotel and wedding venue is part of a chain of three luxury hotels who pride themselves on the service delivered to their guests.
This opportunity is a temp to permanent position where you will be reporting directly to the head chef and sous chef. This position would suit someone who is passionate about food and interested in becoming a chef, or someone who is currently a Commis looking to gain more experience.
Our client is keen to find new talent to nurture and train up through the ranks
Shift patters available are 12- Finish or 1400- Finish and will require one breakfast shift per week (Apply online only). This role is a 40 hour per week contract.
Salary per annum £20000- £21000 for the ideal candidate
Your duties as a Commis Chef will include.
Produce meals and plate dishes as required throughout your shift according to food specs
Learn about the working practices within all sections of the kitchen
Learn and record skills and recipes from other members of the department
Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen.You will need to possess the following to apply for our Commis Chef role
