The Rattlebone Inn is a very well known large village pub set in the beautiful Southern Cotswolds just 30 minutes from Bristol town centre

It is famous for its delicious modern country bistro cuisine, all prepared freshly on site, as well as for its busy bar, and the many events it holds throughout the year. People travel 30+ minutes to dine at the pub, and it also has a large local following. Menu items include pub classics, modern interesting bistro dishes, fresh fish, famous steaks, game in season, an extensive snacks menu, artisan cheese and freshly made puddings

We have an established team at the pub, with a highly regarded Head Chef, and would be looking for someone to join the team

Please note- the successful candidate will be expected to work 45 hours per week on a split shift rota.

Assisting our team of seasoned chefs in all aspects of food preparation and cooking
Exhibiting a keen eye for detail, ensuring consistently high standards in food presentation and quality
Participating in menu planning and developing new dishes, bringing fresh ideas to the table
Mastering various cooking techniques and refining your skills under the guidance of experienced chefs
Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and safety standards
Collaborating with colleagues to create an efficient and harmonious kitchen environment
Demonstrating a hunger for knowledge, continuously learning and growing in your culinary expertise
