A vacancy has arisen for a trainee Commis Chef at Freemasons’ Hall, Leicester.
The job will involve a variety of aspects of food preparation for this first class Member’s Organisation and Banqueting Centre, which has an exceptional reputation for the standard of food served.
The successful Commis Chef will have an indepth interest in food production, some basic experience of working in a food production kitchen in a banqueting environment, and be extremely keen to follow a career as a Chef.
Essential qualities in the successful candidate will be enthusiasm, creativity, a good standard of personal presentation, reliability and to be a team player.
The position of Commis Chef is based at Freemason’ Hall, 80 London Road, Leicester.
Hours of work are 37.5 hrs per week across a 7 day period, worked to a rota on an annualised basis.
Salary: £21k pa
On site parking included free of charge.
