Compliance Administrator
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £18000 – £20000/annum
Belmont Recruitment are seeking a Compliance Officer/Recruitment Administrator to work from our modern air-conditioned office based in Preston. We are a specialist Health and Social Care recruitment agency and have a position available within a fun and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and well organised individual with a determined attitude and strong attention to detail. Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office would be of benefit.
The main duties of the role will be the management and coordination of temporary worker files, ensuring 100% compliance of agency staff. Files will be stringently assessed and audited so a strong attention to detail is essential. You must have an engaging personality as you will be communicating directly with both temporary workers and external companies. You will develop links with training providers and creating on-going professional relationships. In addition to this you will be responsible for database management, the management and tracking of DBS applications and general office administration.
For this role you will be an excellent communicator, you will work well within a team, and have a professional manner. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and be familiar with working in a customer focused environment. You will be determined and self-motivated, possessing a positive attitude.

Duties to include
* General office administration duties
* You will be liaising with other members of the team to come together and get files up to date quickly and efficiently
* Communicate & build relationships with both candidates and clients on a daily basis
* DBS processing & tracking
* Keeping internal databases & spreadsheets up to date and relevant
Desired qualifications
The desirable candidate will be degree qualified however, this is not mandatory. We look at each person on his or her own merit.
