The Role: Within the remit of the role you will work on all of the Bristol factory Manufacturing Areas. You will be responsible for ensuring the budgeted / targeted equipment performance is reached & maintained through the on-going development of robust planned condition monitoring techniques/maintenance activities.
You will be tasked with improving the reliability performance of the plant with innovation and long term planning, developing strong strategy inspections and monitoring efficiency, supporting the stakeholders within the business and production area.
You will support any breakdown by utilising strong condition based measurements to get the plant back running in a safe with minimal downtime.
Requirements:
• Demonstrable relevant experience in a Condition Based Monitoring role (ideally within manufacturing, could be forces)
• Knowledge of Predictive maintenance and/or Vibration analysis. VCAT2 Qualification required
• Hands on experience in mechanical and/or electrical disciplines.
• Must have fundamental knowledge of typical types of industrial equipment i.e. electric motors, gearboxes, crushers, mills, pumps, conveyors & elevators
• High level of computer literacy and Microsoft office package
• Mechanical Apprenticeship / HNC (ideal)
