Construction Administrator
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £10 – £12/hour
We are currently recruiting for an Office Site administrator to work for an important Construction client of ours in the Dudley area.
Candidates interested must be happy to work in a busy Construction office with the senior project Management team.
We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
* Good attention to detail
* Excellent organisationa skills
* Maintain professionalism at all times around clients and customers
* Have good telephone and face-to-face skills.
* Have good filing skills (be able to file important documents where the project teams can easily find them)
* Have good Microsoft Office skills and experience using MS packages such as Microsoft Word, Excell and Office.
* Be able to communicate well with project team.
The working hours are 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday (40 hours per week) However we can be flexible with the hours if required
