Construction Buyer

Salary : £50000 – £55000/annum Package
Henry Martin are currently assisting a well-respected residential main contractor with their search for a construction Buyer to be based within their newly built head offices in Essex.
Our client is an established but growing business and have an excellent track record for promoting from within, recognising hard work and dedication, and investing in the development of their employees regardless of level.
Our client's projects range from new build, major regenerations and bespoke housing with schemes valued up to £150m in project value.
Our client has over 150 permanently employed staff based in London and the South East, and deliver high quality projects for their clients, often based on repeat business. Our client are seeking an experienced Buyer who has a minimum of 5 years experience working for a recognised residential contractor or developer.
The successful candidate, will have ownership on number of developments, supporting the pronouncement department to ensure all construction materials have been brought correctly and on time.
