Henry Martin are recruiting an experienced Estimator, in Central London, on behalf of a privately owned and award-winning Main Contractor. Due to new tender enquires and on-going growth plans, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Estimator to join the pre-construction department in central London.
The ideal candidate will have been exposed to both single and two stage tenders leading them right the way through to the point of contract. The experienced Estimator will need to be able to work self-sufficiently, whilst being versatile and working as part of a team when required. You will form part of an experienced and successful pre-construction team, based in their swanky central London offices.
The successful Estimator will possess previous experience within the residential, education, commercial and health-care sectors, working on tenders between £10m- £50m
