Litigation is a big part of the teams work and the successful candidate will enjoy working in this challenging area of insolvency work and want to be part of a select team.
As Assistant Manager in Restructuring and insolvency you will be managing case delivery, including pre-appointment, case progression and closure as well as ensuring all aspects of casework are completed in a timely manner.
This role requires someone who is able to work to deadlines when reporting on case progress.
This is a pivotal role when it comes to investigations into directors and debtors conduct as you will be attending interviews with directors, bankrupts and other relevant parties.
As an experienced case handler you will work collaboratively with directors and employees both pre and post appointment as well as liaising with solicitors on specific legal issues arising on cases.
You will also attend meetings with creditors and shareholders.
In terms of qualifications you will either have completed your CPI Certificate in Insolvency Qualification or want to take it shortly.
Insolvency experience is essential for the role as you will need to be confident in managing the more complex cases confidently. You will also be a point of reference for more junior members of staff and also creditors, solicitors and other stake holders in the insolvency process.
