Contracts Administrator

Salary :
We are currently looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our established and growing team in the office. Our teams deal with a broad spectrum of services and trades for our clients.
Day to day the successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with our clients to keep them up to date with the progress of any outstanding works, while chasing our in house engineers for updates and completion paperwork and assisting our Contracts Managers with the scheduling of engineers and ordering materials.
Previous experience within the industry and or purchasing / trade counter experience would be desirable.

* a knowledge of the construction/ facilities management industry
* previous experience in a trade environment/ purchasing
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm / Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 4pm, alternating weekly.
