Contracts Manager (Landscaping)

Our client is a very well-established landscaping organization with a solid reputation across soft & hard landscaping in the UK. Due to a long-serving employee looking to retire soon, they now have an exciting opening for a landscaping contracts manager to join the business to help support with the development of the business.

The role will entail managing a team of operatives across London, liaising with numerous customers across several key contracts, to establish new relationships & to draw in new business, to take ownership of budgets & to keep a track of the profit and loss of each contract and the pricing of jobs. This role would be well suited to a candidate who comes from a landscaping or grounds background with some exposure to the financial side of the business also.

The successful applicant will have at least 3 years’ experience of supervision/management & will have had exposure to the financial side of the business and is used to operating on a mobile basis where no day will be the same.
