Cook Summary
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, average shift pattern 5 out of 7, weekend work required.
You won’t be required to work evenings, split shifts and will be off on Christmas Day as the property is fully closed to the public.

What you'll be doing
This will be a diverse role working between Wood Yard Café and Orangery Kitchen. The Wood Yard Café was newly built in 2019 by award-winning architects, where you will be producing our bakes, cakes, stews and soups.
The Orangery provides more diverse menu from our extensive Cookbook collection. You will be preparing food from scratch using fresh/seasonal ingredients and will be confident with creating & presenting food to order served directly to the customers over busy lunchtime periods.
You’ll receive a bespoke induction on appointment – and further professional training & development opportunities are available.

• Aware of good working knowledge of Health & Safety compliance requirements
