Are you passionate about food, creating culinary delights using fresh ingredients? This is your opportunity to work in a fast-paced role for a local hospital, on an ongoing temporary basis, in Bodelwyddan
You will be responsible for:
Preparing and cooking fresh food items to work within a specific menu cycle, including catering functions
Following recipes, and adjusting accordingly to appropriate quantities
Maintaining high food quality standards, and adhere to nutritional guidance
We would love to see your CV if you have:
Previous demonstrable experience as a Chef
An understanding of Food Hygiene practices and Hacc
Ability to work well under pressure and unsupervised
Good communication skills, to be able to communicate verbally and effectively within the team
Able to work within a team
This is a temporary position with an ASAP start on a week by week basis. Working hours are 5 days out of 7 which WILL include weekend work. The pay rate is up to £11.14 per hour plus holiday pay depending on skills and experience.
