Wise Employment have an exciting opportunity to join our catering team in Dorset, Lyme Regis.
We are recruiting a temp to perm Cook to join a small friendly primary school team, catering for around 50 meals a day, for Dorset Grade 7 (SCP 8-14). These meals will be both meat and vegetarian and as a Cook you will be delivering an effective catering service operating to the highest standards of food safety, preparing and provide tasty, nutritious, cooked meals.
As a valued member you will need to be dedicated, hard-working and you will need be reliable, dependable and committed to providing the best service for the children. It is essential to have an Enhanced DBS check that is in date.
Hours:
-10:15am – 13:45pm 17.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday – term time only
Pay:
-£11.81 to £13.17 per hour – pay award pending
Your Role:
Preparation, cooking and serving of meals to pupils.
Kitchen management duties such as, compiling menus, ordering of food, stocktaking and food safety records, washing up and cleaning the kitchen.
