The Role of a Cook:
We are currently recruiting a cook to support in a small but busy kitchen area for a popular Wrexham based client. The ideal candidate will have had experience with basic food preparation and/or working within a kitchen previously.
The Role of a cook:
* Preparing food in a small but busy kitchen.
* Ensuring the client’s 5-star food hygiene rating is maintained.
* Ensure food is cooked and prepared safely and correctly.
* Support in keeping the kitchen area clean and tidy.
The Candidate:
* Previous experience of working within a catering environment.
* Have impeccable standards of hygiene.
* Understand the importance of food safety and cleanliness within a kitchen area.
* Will be flexible with their working hours and be available days, evening and weekends
* Ability to work well under pressure
