Salary : £12.75/hour

Apple Recruitment are urgently seeking to recruit a temporary Cook for our client based in Larne.

This is a temporary role initially with the potential to become permanent, the role is 35 hours a week including weekends, £12.75 an hour paid weekly. The role is starting ASAP- Ideally starting 2nd of October.

What The Job Entails:

• Responsible for the preparation, cooking, dispatch and serving of all meals, snacks and beverages to the agreed menus and standards

• Food Prep during the week and for the weekend

• Control, rotate, issue and monitor stock

• Minimise waste where possible

• Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen

• Setting table for residents

• Reporting damages within the facility

• Completing relevant documentation
