COOK or Trainee Cook wanted for West Cumbrian Inn We are looking for an experienced talented Cook/ chef who is looking to progress. This is also a live-in role.
* Duties will involve all aspects of food preparation and service in an often busy kitchen.
* The candidate will need to have detailed understanding of food hygiene.
* Experience in a busy kitchen would be an advantage and experience preferred but not essential if you are wanting or willing to learn.
Our focus is on quality, exciting food, produced in house including vegan / vegetarian dishes.
We are looking for a cook/ chef with pride in their work and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to follow our methods and procedures.
The position is Full Time, 5 days on 2 days off. OR Two Part-Time Cooks.
