Fantastic opportunities for a passionate catering professional to join Fleetwood Hall Care Home, Sandstone Care Group’s recently acquired purpose-built residential home in Fleetwood, Lancashire. This role would be working 31.5 hours per week on a flexible rota.
Our well-established, reputable home offers residents modern and comfortable facilities within warm and friendly surroundings, whilst at the same time providing fantastic standards of care supported by the very latest care planning technology.
Role Responsibilities:
Delivering the highest possible culinary standards to residents by providing nutritious, well-balanced and appetising meals from a clean, safe and hygienic environment. Responsible for controlling the catering budget, submitting food orders and managing all the day to day aspects of the catering operation.
This role sits below the 2nd Chef and Head Chef

Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a busy kitchen environment.
* A passion for producing fresh, home cooked food, from scratch to the highest standards.
* Recipe costing skills and food budgeting experience.
* Friendly and enthusiastic disposition, ability to integrate well with others.
* Effective communication skills, approachable and customer focussed.
* Good organisational skills, ability to prioritise workloads
