The role
We are currently working with a variety of Care/ Nursing homes in west Yorkshire and looking to recruit a Chefs with adequate experience. The chefs must ensure food quality and taste is of the highest standard, The work environment (kitchen) must be clean and tidy, and all kitchen utensils must be used properly while maintaining the regulatory standards.
key responsibilities
1. Cooking food in a timely manner.
2. Create kitchen prep list.
3. All procedures for food preparation should be followed accordingly.
4. Be available upon request.
5. Menu planning.
Requirements
1. Experience with various kitchens
2. Expert ability to multitask and improvise.
3. Sanitation & quality control
4. Minimum of 6 months catering experience
5. Enhanced DBS
