Cooks – School
Job Type : Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £11.25/hour
Pertemps are delighted to be working with our public sector organisation to be recruiting for a number of Cooks across Edinburgh.
Pay – £11.25 per hour
Location – Across Edinburgh, with a number of vacancies in the west of the city
Hours – Monday – Friday between the hours of (Apply online only) (up to 30 hours)
Duration – 12 weeks with possible extension
Immediate start
You will be:
Cooking a full range of meals and recipes
Completing paperwork (i.e. recording temperatures, allergen paperwork, etc)
Completing audits of the service (such as cleaning schedules)
Receiving deliveries
Stock rotation
Storing food and labelling it appropriately
Controlling hygiene within the kitchen
Supporting with set up and assisting with service
Cash handling
Supporting with any other tasks as required
You must have previous cook experience
You will be required to apply for a PVG at a cost of £59 (£18 for an update) for children.
