Corporate Account Handler
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £50000 – £55000/annum
Our client being a national brokers with offices based in Herts are looking for a Senior Corporate Account Handler.
Will also have experience in managing or mentoring a team. Will create an environment focused on delivering excellent client service, managing and meeting expectations in all interactions. Monitor the compliance and quality of team members on a monthly basis, reporting on issues and breaches and providing constructive and honest feedback to develop staff of four and work closely with the management team to collaboratively resolve issues, improve processes and develop self and drive performance.
Will be looking after a UK commercial book of business with a bias towards the Sports sector though experience of this is not essential as will train.
The premiums range from £30K – £50K being mid corporate and includes handling renewals, new business, policy adjustments.
