Creative Kitchen Assistant

GBR Recruitment Ltd are proudly working exclusively with a well respected progressive food manufacturing client recruiting for a Creative Kitchen Assistant to join the Wellingborough site team supporting the NPD Chef in producing product samples from set recipes.
This is a fantastic role for a real foodie who has some Kitchen Assistant / Chef / Cook experience from within a Pub, Deli Cafe, Bistro, Gastro Pub, Restaurant, Hospitality facility or Creative Food Manufacturing Kitchen.

Duties:
* Produce from recipes, product samples for current / potential clients
* Produce conceptual product samples for potential new food lines on menus
* Supporting the Creative Chef with NPD, EPD & NPI
* R&D duties
* General kitchen duties
* Liaising with the factory team/s
Experience & Skills:
* Cook, Kitchen Assistant or Chef experience of some level (all levels considered)
* Food Safety & Food Hygiene qualifications
* Passionate foodie who likes to create dishes at work & home
* Knowledge of current food trends
