Creative Photographer

Salary : £24000 – £25000/annum
We are looking for an ambitious Creative Photographer for our in-house Creative team based in York, to produce high standard imagery for our successful, family-owned-and-run, retail business Pavers. You will be responsible for Creative Photography concepts with a fashion led approach to work alongside our in-house Senior Creative Photographer for Pavers and Jones Bootmaker brands. Producing images within our in-house photography studio and on a variety of locations across the UK. Experience with shooting models and using studio lighting is essential, experience in retouching images to a high standard is also a requirement for this role. This is a full time role, however, part time 4 days per week would be considered.
You will be tasked with producing imagery for social media, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and our websites for both Pavers and Jones Bootmaker, working alongside our Senior Creative Photography and the wider team to achieve assets across all channels. The role will include travelling within the UK and abroad for seasonal campaigns(4-8 times per year approx), working with influencers, external models and delivering high standard photography to strict deadlines.
To be considered for this role you'll need to have around 5 years experience within photography and be able to produce high level imagery(including retouching) within the retail sector to use across all platforms of the business.

Main duties of our Creative Photographer
Creating high quality imagery for catalogues, stores POS, social media, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, affiliates and all our website platforms for Pavers and Jones.
Taking and issuing requirement briefings to the photography team ensuring deadlines are met.
Make creative judgement decisions & take responsibility for communicating changes within the photography team.
Support our head office departments (Brand team, Ecom team) with photography requirements and support our Pavers Foundation with staff photos as and when required.
Travel with the team for location shoots across the UK and abroad.
Work with our Graphic design team on projects when required.
Maintain brand consistency across Pavers & Jones Bootmaker as individual brands.
Produce new and exciting imagery for sub brands such as EasyFit, (url removed) and Herring.
Requirements to be our Creative Photographer:
Studio and lifestyle/model experience
Around 5 years’ experience working in photography
Extremely high attention to detail including retouching experience to a high level
Excellent time management and highly organised
Commercial awareness
Strong communication skills
Working to tight deadlines in a busy environment
Be open minded, adaptable, intelligent, and open to change
Display personality, with a professional and positive attitude
Passion for fashion/footwear/retail

Salary: circa £24,000 to £25,000 depending on experience(pro-rata if part time) plus;
