Job Type : Contract, Temporary, Full Time

Salary : £10/hour

Credit & Billing Assistant | Telford (Remote Working) | £8.50 – £10.50 per hour + Holiday | Temporary Contract until Dec 2020 (possibly longer)

A contract role to support our client with billing and collecting outstanding payments. This role is working from home, so you will need access to reliable WIFI as well as telephone access.

The Company

The business is going through a period of transition and require some support to manage their data and ensure correct accounting information is accessible across the business.

The Opportunity

You will be:

* Liaising with end customers to collect outstanding payments so you will need to be a confident, yet empathetic communicator

* Populating spreadsheets with information to generate accurate invoicing

* Extracting and Analysing data from multiple internal computer systems

* Using MS Excel working from complex spreadsheets with multiple tabs (You will need a firm understanding and working knowledge of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP’s)

* Cross referencing information to ensure accuracy

Personal Profile

This role would suit someone from either a credit control background, or a customer-centric finance organisation where first class communication skills are paramount. You might be a recent graduate looking for some finance experience or could be an experienced finance professional who is happy to commit to a contract job role.
