Customer Operations Coordinator
Job Type : Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £11.40/hour
A great opportunity to work with a global car manufacturer in Milton Keynes, responding to fleet queries, providing customer excellence for the brand.
First point of contact for the customer and supply partners managing the operational process for vehicles from delivery through to the end of contract process. Responsible for in-life vehicle contract requirements in line with customer requests within agreed KPI's. Resolving queries and complaints relating to vehicle order and delivery, acting within a timely and professional manner ensuring.
Create and maintain effective and efficient processes, communicate effectively both over the telephone and via email. Able to coordinate, prioritise and multitask a busy workload. Accurate PC skills required.
