We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience of working within a Customer Service role, answering customer calls and queries on both email and telephone, providing resolution to issues, and processing returns both B2C and B2B.
