Customer Service Advisor
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £32000/annum
Our client are a worldwide leader in their field, working at the cutting edge technology .
We are working with this client to find a Customer Service Specialist to join our European Team.
This role is based in the office in Waltham Abbey, working as part of the Customer Service team, supporting the sales, order, and post sale side of the business on a 12 month FTC.
On a day to day basis you will be
* Providing quotations
* Providing technical information and gathering information from your clients
* Track and monitor quotations
* Processing orders
* Checking prices
* Coordination logistics and delivery
* Order tracking
* After sales care
* Supporting bespoke orders
* Working to manufacturing time frames and limitations
* Communicating updates to clients.
The ideal candidate will be experience in
* MS Office, ERP software, Sales Force & SAP
* Knowledge about export and control
* Similar role ideally in processing technical sales orders and dealing with international clients.
This is a busy working environment and would offer the right person a great challenge. The role is initially for 6 months, with the view of permanent opportunities due to the way the business is growing.
