Customer Service Advisor
Job Type : Permanent, Contract, Full Time
Salary : £20000 – £25000/annum
Our client based in Wellingborough, are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities: –
* Dealing and responding quickly to customer enquiries by telephone and email in line with the enquiry procedure.
* Accurately process customer orders on SAP from various sources.
* Coordinating the entire process from point of machine order to delivery in line with customer delivery requirements liaising with procurement, workshop, and transport departments.
* Completing administrative duties and support the sales team to ensure smooth running of all accounts. Creating SAP reports as necessary.
* Managing the lifecycle of service contracts on a monthly basis.
* Follow the Customer Contact Strategy following delivery.
* Optimise selling potential and develop relationships with new and existing prospects via phone, email, and marketing campaigns.
* Effectively and efficiently answer service and breakdown requests from customer in line with SLA agreements in place.
* Ensure that estimates are turned around in a timely manner.
* Process completed work through to invoice on a daily basis, including invoice queries.
* Management of daily orders and back orders.
* Promptly dealing with customer complaints or escalate when required.
Skills/Experience: –
* Good Maths & English – min GCSE or equivalent
* At least 3 years Administration experience
* Strong communication skill, both verbal and written
* Highly organised with experience of working to deadlines
