We are currently recruiting for customer service staff to work for one of our NHS clients in Leeds. The role is working full time, general office hours, initially for a 3-6 month period with the right candidates starting ASAP.
The main duties will reverberate around arranging and booking patient appointments and will involve being on the telephone for at least 80% of you work time. The duties will typically be:
* Liaising with patients on the telephone.
* Sending confirmation and additional details to patients via email/post.
* Liaising with healthcare professionals.
* Answering routine queries over the telephone and via email.
* Inputting information on the in-house database.
