The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for:

* Independent management of Customer POs, Customer return, all commercial documents for shipping along with arranging customer collections / shipping

* Assisting with incoming customer queries where required

* Provide a high level of customer service at all times

* Efficient, yet positive and cordial communication across language and cultural barriers with many stakeholders inside the company as well as to external stakeholders primarily at Customers

* Work independently and with little supervision

* Ensure all in plant tracking documents and data is up to date for all POs / returns and shipments.

To fulfil these requirements, the Customer Support Representative must have the following education & experience:

* Demonstrable experience in a previous customer service role

* Computer Literate

* Excellent Organisation Skills
