Pertemps are supporting our long-standing client who is based in Tamworth who is looking to expand their team on a full-time permanent basis for a Customer Service Advisor.
Working Monday – Friday
Salary £22,900 per annum
Main duties include:
To manage and develop a portfolio of customers to achieve targeted sales growth whilst ensuring that the highest level of customer service and support are always provided.

Be available to receive incoming calls within 3 rings.
Respond to email correspondence within 24 hours.
Respond to Credit Control Side Notes within 48 hours of receiving them.
Process orders accurately to achieve the highest levels of customer service and minimise errors.
Produce quotations as required within 48 hours of request and endeavour to enhance spend.
Update system consistently and accurately with all relevant information.
Maximise live chat in line with company rota.
Manage the communication of back orders to customers.
Always endeavour to create a positive attitude internally and externally.
Achieve set KPI’s’. 
What we are looking for:

Keen to speak to people on the phone, ingoing and outgoing.
Excellent written communication skills.
Adept with technology.
PC Literate.
Experience in selling.
Ability to work in a team.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Ability to prioritise busy workload.
Excellent time keeping.
