The Role
The Data and Analysis Officer provides a crucial data analysis function which enables the Together Active team to make evidence-based decisions to inform their work across all workstreams.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
• Providing clear and informative analysis and insight to the team, responding quickly where needed.
• Gathering, managing and interpreting data which informs our strategic objectives and work within our communities.
• Managing Together Active’s CRM system ensuring a reliable, high level of data quality and assurance, with insightful reporting provided.
• Collaborating with the Communications Manager to ensure Together Active meets all GDPR requirements.
• Using local and national data to inform trends and predictions around activity levels in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.
• Initiating and streamlining data analysis processes to ensure this function works well across the team.
• Communicate results of analysis clearly and concisely in a manner which allows team members to disseminate this information to our wider networks.

You will have:
• Experience in a similar Data and Analysis role, including structuring, analysing and transforming data.
• Knowledge and experience of a range of analytical tools including Power BI, Google Analytics.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills & expert Excel skills.
• Experience of working with CRM tools.
• Great communication skills with a knack for explaining and presenting data analysis results clearly and concisely.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and both collaboratively as part of a team.
