Looking for an office role, but customer service isn’t quite right for you? Do you have brilliant attention to detail? Then this might be exactly the role you’re looking for.
My client are looking for someone who can really get their head down and get stuck in to some data entry. You’ll be supporting some of the largest and most well-respected companies in the country, supporting them with accurately transposing data from various documents into a database.
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate inputting of information into systems. This will include reading information in one format, picking specific pieces of data from it, and transferring it to another system.
About you
This role would be perfect for you if you are someone with true attention to detail, who really does enjoy those finicky little details that other people might find annoying. You might enjoy puzzles, or crosswords, or you might even really enjoy those mobile games where you need to add numbers together. You’ll also have 5 GCSEs A-C, including English and Maths.
On top of this you might:
* Have a really good eye for detail
* Be self-motivating – able to sit and get through a task when you need to
* Have a strong grasp on numbers and be comfortable using a calculator where necessary
* Have a good understanding of the Microsoft Office package, including Excel
* Want a role where you can sit by yourself and work through problems in your own way but working towards a common goal with your team mates
