DAYTIME Demi Chef de partie required for a Rosette kitchen 9am to 6pm, this role supports the breakfast chef with the cooked to order breakfast, support with lunch service and supports with prep for each section. This place uses all fresh food, making the prep side of the role really interesting using the type of produce they use. Demi chef de partie, daytime hours, 8am to 6pm 5 out 7 days a week, live in at £260 a month. £29000 + 3500 service
The role
we are looking for a daytime chef at demi chef de partie from a fresh food background to support with the end of the breakfasts which are all cooked to order, support with lunches and prep in each section. This role will include all the normal demi chef de partie duties
Experience
We are looking for a chef for this daytime role at a demi chef de partie level with good knife skills, use fresh food, stable background.

* Live in @ £260 per month inc bills
* Cotswolds area of the south west of England
