Deputy Manager – Macclesfield

Salary : £26500 – £27500/annum
PRS are currently working with one of the leading Pub/Restaurant operators in the North West of England who currently have over 30 sites in the region. They are looking for a Deputy Manager to cover their busy bar operation in the Macclesfield, Cheshire area. The salary for the role is a basic of £26,500 to £27,500 per annum, plus extensive company benefits, which can be detailed upon application.
The working hours for this role are 48 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, flexible shifts. You will not be required to work split shifts.
You will ideally be a current Assistant / Deputy Manager or Senior Supervisor who is looking to step up. You must have a strong background in delivering excellent standards of customer service. It is essential that you have experience in a busy bar environment.
It is essential that you understand all aspects of Bar management, including knowlwdge of cellar management.
