Deputy Team Leader
Job Type : Permanent, Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £9.10 – £9.65/hour
Our well established client in Food Production Industry, located in Moreton-In-Marsh are looking for a Deputy Team Leader responsible for monitoring shift performance and covering Supervisor’s duties during their absence.
Key responsibilities:
* Following recipe instructions provided by supervisor and monitoring other Team Members
* Reporting any non conforming/out of date raw materials to The Supervisor
* Reporting quality and performance issues to the Supervisor/Team Leader
* Adhering to all H&S legislations as well as internal cleanliness policies
* Maintaining appropriate hygiene standards due to the working environment
* Housekeeping
* Packing and despatching products according with instructions and monitoring others to do so
* Completing any relevant paper work
Shifts available:
PM Shift: 14:00-22:00 Salary: £9.10-£9.65 (DOE)
