Despatch Team Leader
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £27000 – £28000/annum
A Despatch Tea Leader is required to work for a national organisation based on the outskirts of Lichfield.

We're looking for an experience Team Leader who has worked in the food industry who can work 06:00- 1800 4 days straight and then 4 days off. (THIS WILL INCLUDE WEEKENDS)
Role and Responsibilities
• Assist in the management of all labour
• Oversee and provide training for all new employees
• Assist in moving goods around the warehouse
• Process customer returns
• Operate the Yard and general waste disposal
• Have an understanding of the procedures needed to enable the day to day running of the stores and stock control
• Practice in improving quality in the department
• Process all administration documents in a timely and accurate manner
• Encourage good communication within the department
• Adhere to and carry out statutory H&S regulations at all times
• Carry out company Hygiene Practice
To be successful in this role, the following skills / experience are required
• Previous Team leader experience in the food chain industry
• Able to manage a team
• Physically fit and healthy
• Good IT and computer skills
• Organised
• A real peoples person
•
This role will be full time working on a shift pattern 4 days on and 4 days off, 12 hours shifts
