Viking have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Experience Executive to join our field sales team where you will be based either in Leicester or Milton Keynes with Hybrid working . You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis (40 hours per week) and in return, you will receive an excellent salary and benefits package.

About the Digital Experience Executive role:
As a Digital Experience Executive, you'll play a key role in enhancing Viking’ digital presence and driving the best cross-channel experiences for our customers. You’ll develop and execute strategies that optimise user engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty to meet revenue, profitability and customer experience targets. You’ll be naturally analytical and curious, adopting a test and learn approach.
Your responsibilities as our Digital Experience Executive will include:
Developing and implementing a digital experience strategy that enhances user engagement, satisfaction and CRO across Viking’ digital touchpoints
Working closely with a wide range of business functions to understand business objectives, target audiences, customer journey analysis and insights
Analysing qualitative and quantitative findings and support the translation to actionable designs that improve user experience
Supporting user research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
Providing support on ‘How’ to construct the best possible personalised marketing experiences that meet problem statements and objectives, ensuring effective implementation across the customer journey
Playing a key role in the design and delivery of Viking’ CRO programme
Building personalised marketing experiences and CRO tests using Viking’ personalisation and optimisation software, ensuring targeting logic is defined to serve the right customer at the right time
Defining and tracking KPIs to measure the success and effectiveness of digital experiences, summarising results and providing recommendations to improve
Working with UX/UI design, User Research, Creative and Web Development teams to create wireframes and prototypes
Demonstrating an ability to come up with innovative ideas, solve problems creatively and shape these into visually compelling, aesthetically pleasing, and intuitive user interfaces that centre around customer needs
What we’re looking for in our Digital Experience Executive:
Higher vocational degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience in an eCommerce environment
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, and user-centred design
Knowledge of personalisation, A/B testing and online analytics tools to support data-driven decision making, e.g., AB Tasty, Monetate, Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, Google Analytics etc.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) experience desirable
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), customer relationship platforms (CRM) and marketing automation tools
Experience with project management software desirable, e.g., Jira, Asana, ClickUp or similar
