Job Description

Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a Digital Learning Content Developer to join our Learning and Development team at our Lutterworth site.  As Digital Learning Content Developer you will have key responsibility for creating and managing engaging digital content that uses innovative digital learning methods, elevates the learning experience and enhances our current development programmes.

As the successful candidate, you will contribute to the overall success of the business, and will report directly to the Head of L&D.

Job responsibilities of Digital Learning Content Developer include:

To provide technical advice for eLearning across the Group.
Design and develop online courses, modules, and learning materials.
Create engaging and interactive multimedia elements, including graphics, animations, videos, and simulations, to enhance the learning experience.
Develop assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes and effectiveness of eLearning content.
Collate and develop resources (text, graphics, info graphics, video and audio) to provide users with a rich and engaging interactive multimedia learning experience, including supporting the early talent in the production of video content for use internally as required.
Evaluate the current training modules and link them to the group objectives, competencies and values and digitally advance them as required.
Develop and maintain the brand identity across all materials.
Supporting the wider HR function on adhoc digital development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design technologies

Qualifications

As Digital Learning Content Developer you will possess the following skills, experiences and qualifications:

Ideally, you'll have proven experience in designing, from scratch, digital learning programmes.
Competent with Microsoft office tools such as Word and particularly PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to create high quality, engaging and creative e-learning content.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience at maintaining and managing Learning Management Systems.
Able to work independently as well as within the wider Learning and Development team
Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in e-learning.
Excellent stakeholder management internally and externally.
E-learning/ knowledge management systems experience and solid understanding of content creation and engagement.
Ability to design and implement learning to enable a positive learning environment.
Experience with SAP ‘Successfactors’ Learning Management Module.
A strong understanding of how people learn, with a focus on how they learn in a digital environment.
