Our client provides construction management and operations & maintenance services to the offshore energy industry, they are at an exciting time in their growth with lots of work on the horizon and are looking to add to their team based at their Lowestoft offices.

We are recruiting on their behalf for a Digital Media & IT Administrator to administer, support and develop their digital media and IT infrastructure.

You will offer support in the development and maintenance of the company brand and media presence internally, externally and online. As well as assisting and acting as first line support for all aspects of the IT structure and support users with IT related issues, in conjunction with an outsourced IT company.

Duties will include:

Using the latest Adobe packages, develop and create digital art and media relevant to the company’s needs.

Work with management to update, develop and promote the company’s branding into all areas of the company’s public presence.

Assist with content, layout and production of promotional copy, e.g., website, banners, publications, exhibition material, presentations.

Maintain and perform necessary upkeep for the company website. Ensure that data is correct and up to date.

Manage the company’s social media presence, ensuring that the company is seen to be active in the digital space.

Perform a quarterly review of the company’s website and social media presence to identify possible improvements or ideas to help sustain the company’s image.

Liaise closely with the Managing Director & Business Development Team to ensure that goals and targets are aligned.

Administer and maintain IT user accounts, systems software licensing & hardware.

Take ownership of colleagues’ IT related issues & resolve them in conjunction with the outsourced IT company.

Working in conjunction with the outsourced IT company, perform regular and scheduled system/software updates to network devices.

You will be qualified and preferably have some experience in graphic design/digital marketing or a related area. You should also be IT literate and be able to set up PCs, monitors etc. Training will also be on offer.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a starting salary of £20,000 and an attractive package.
