The Digital Operations Director has overall responsibility for the Autovia commercial delivery, optimisation and success of all Autovia commercial revenue operations teams. The role requires extensive execution and operational experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders and teams.

The success of the role will be measured through revenue growth, the efficient delivery of revenue-generating campaigns, internal operational excellence, sales enablement and assisting in building competitive advantage in all Autovia markets.

The Digital Operations Director will advise the team on digital and operational best practices, across advertising, demand generation and ecommerce and will be a senior member of the team.

Responsibilities

* Lead day-to-day digital commercial delivery and revenue operations

* Drive performance and motivate the teams you are responsible for

* Assist the senior team in optimising asset value for the company whilst ensuring best practice for revenue operations including advertising, demand generation and ecommerce.

* Identify and help execute new revenue opportunities across the portfolio where relevant alongside Product Management, Sales and wider teams

* Work closely with senior stakeholders, the Autovia board and the wider business to ensure Autovia has the correct scalable delivery function

* Be an expert in market developments, ensuring we maximise all revenue opportunities and prepare for new opportunities and threats.

* Identify operational problems, effectively communicate, find solutions, and execute new operational plans

* Ensure adherence to systems and processes across multiple teams including but not limited to Campaign, Programmatic, Ad Ops, Demand Generation and Ecommerce.

* Work closely with key commercial personnel to ensure clients and agencies receive best in class service from our teams

* Work on and apply investment requests for new technology and resource where relevant

* Continuously monitor and assess ad technologies and run RFPs to find the best strategic partners cost effectively

* Identify and execute plans to maintain and grow margin across delivery channels

* Drive forward best in class programmatic and audience data market offerings as Autovia scales its audience and product set.

* Unlock value from our 1st party audience data sets both to our clients and the open market
