London – Hybrid Contract – 6 Months
Up to £180 per day – Inside IR35
(Inclusive of Umbrella and holiday rates, Must have right to work in the UK)
Our global media client is looking for a Production Coordinator. The perfect candidate will have proven working experience in a similar role and be able to track and manage global campaigns.
Can you manage projects on Airtable? Are you experienced in coordinating creative approval processes via Zendesk and do you have working knowledge of management systems? (e.g.SAP).
Responsibilities
Assist the Creative Ops Manager, Production Manager and wider team to manage the "make-list", accurately tracking projects, timing and spend.
Assist the PM to accurately track campaigns and production spend.
Assist the PM by raising purchase order numbers and processing and tracking invoices.
Responsible for tracking usage of post-production facilities.
Booking voice-overs by contacting talent agencies, requesting quotes based on usage and tracking payment.
Maintain accurate production reports.
Assist PM with end of quarter and year-end figures.
Coordinate promo dubbing/subbing and language schedule for EMEA with external vendors.
On-boarding new starters to the team.
Work closely with the Creative Ops Manager and team across EMEA campaign projects.
Coordinate creative approval process via Zendesk and liaising with US/Local market stakeholders.
Provide a filter for creative pipelines and upcoming projects from local markets to streamline the approvals process.
Communicate status updates of work-in-progress projects to marketing/PR/Social teams in UK and local EMEA markets.
Attend campaign briefing meetings.
Attend and coordinate project meetings.
Provide status updates in EMEA and US meetings.
Keeping all EMEA markets and new starters up to date on tools, work-flows, and processes.
Maintaining EMEA Airtable base.
Proven experience within production environment at assistant or coordinator level, ideally within a multi-territory production environment.
An understanding of project management and the creative and operational production processes.
Experience of working with schedules, and cost management is desirable.If you have an understanding of project management tools, work-flow systems and delivering campaigns for for Global markets, I'd love to hear from you!
