My client is looking for a professional either with supervisory experience in a similar environment looking for a step up in their career or someone with hotel management experience looking for a change.
The Role:
Great organisational & communication skills.
A friendly, professional, outgoing nature & a positive attitude.
Good interpersonal skills and staff management skills.
An ability to motivate & direct staff with enthusiasm & professionalism.
Previous hospitality supervisory experience.
Able to work evenings & weekends and some overnight stays.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & monitoring staff performance.
Day to day management of the hotel.
Ensuring Health & Safety procedures.
Ensuring high levels of service.
